The outing will visit the following sites:
- BEAMORE – the gatehouse and recently partially excavated medieval site
- MILLMOUNT – the Martello Tower and the recently assembled diorama model of the Battle of Waterloo containing the various regiments from some 600 model soldiers
- DARDISTOWN CASTLE – £10 grant fifteenth century castle and later Georgian House by kind permission of the Allen family
- EVENING MEAL – Monasterboice Inn @ 5:30pm (approx)
There will be no coach. Participants travel in their own cars and carpooling is encouraged.
Advance booking is required. The cost is €60 which includes all gratuities and evening meal.

The starting point is Beamore (Eircode A92 TVW0) at 10 a.m. Further details will be provided on booking. There will be tea-making facilities at Millmount and taking a packed lunch is advised.
