Dump Arms – How and why the Irish Civil War ended April/May 1923.

In the final lecture of the Spring series, Dr Donal Hall will discuss the events of one hundred years ago which ended the Irish Civil War.

Donal has published and lectured extensively on the events and politics, particularly in Co Louth, of this period. He is the author of Louth – The Irish Revolution, 1912–23, which was published by Four Courts Press in 2019.

The lecture will be held online via Zoom on Thursday 20 April 2023 at 8.00p.m.

The Zoom link will be emailed to members and also posted on this page the day of the lecture.

Attendance is open to all. No registration is required.
